Context
EduSovereign is our own school management product, built and run as an operating partner and currently in production at Evergreen International School. Before it, core operations were spread across paper and spreadsheets.
Because we run a school ourselves, we built this from the inside - against how teachers and administrators actually work, not how an ERP assumes they should.
The challenge
School staff don't have time to fight software. A tool that's slower than paper gets quietly abandoned, no matter how many reports it can generate.
It had to fit real daily workflows - attendance, fees, homework, notices - and stay fast under constant use by non-technical staff.
What we built
Product design and a full-stack build covering attendance, fees, homework, notices and parent communication, with the daily interface kept clean and the complexity hidden until it's needed.
We don't just ship it - we operate it. The platform is maintained and refined in a live school environment as needs change.
What changed
One system staff actually use, replacing paper and spreadsheets across the core daily tasks of running a school - and proven by being run in production rather than demoed in a deck.
